1. 2. Debugging: After the installation of the fertilizer granulator is completed, you need to check whether the granulator parts are fastened. Then carry out no-load test run, uninterrupted no-load operation for 8 hours, the temperature of each bearing should rise steadily, the temperature of each part shall not be higher than 50 ℃ at the termination of the test run, after the test run to observe the bearings, there shall be no serious abrasion and scuffing phenomenon.

6. Before shutting down the machine, the internal material must be discharged cleanly before stopping, in order to prevent the material bonding in the cylinder, ready for the next start, for the next shift production.
