The working principle of a compound fertilizer production line is to mix nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other raw materials in a certain proportion and mix them evenly.

1. Rotary Drum granulation compound fertilizer production line: This production line uses a rotary drum granulator machine for granulation, suitable for cold and hot granulation, as well as large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers. Its characteristics are high ball forming rate and less return material, but it may require more processing steps.
2. Disc granulation compound fertilizer production line: This production line uses a disc granulation machine for granulation, suitable for granulation of organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, compound fertilizer, and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer. Its characteristics are high output, stable equipment, and durability, but there may be limitations on the adaptability of raw materials.
3. Double roller extrusion granulation compound fertilizer production line: This production line uses double roller extrusion granulation machine for granulation, with wide adaptability of raw materials, no need for drying process, and saves energy and costs. Its characteristics are high granulation density and good fertilizer efficiency, but the granulation shape is flat and circular, which may not be conducive to field crop machine seeding.
Compound fertilizer production line focuses on diversity and quality in raw material selection, commonly used raw materials include urea, potassium chloride, ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate and so on. Raw materials will first go through screening, crushing and drying pre-treatment process to ensure that the particle size and moisture content of raw materials to meet the production requirements.
Batching is the core part of compound fertilizer production line. Through the precise measuring system, all kinds of raw materials are accurately dosed according to the preset proportion. After batching, the materials enter the mixing system, and are fully mixed by the high-efficiency mixer to ensure that each raw material is evenly distributed.
Third, granulation and drying
The evenly mixed material then enters the granulation system, after granulating machine granulation process to form granular compound fertilizer. After granulation, the fertilizer enters the drying process, removing the excess water through the hot air dryer, so that the compound fertilizer reaches the appropriate moisture content.
The dried compound fertilizer will enter the cooling system, through natural cooling or air cooling to reduce the temperature of fertilizer, to avoid caking. Subsequently, the cooled fertilizer will pass through the screening equipment to remove unqualified particles to ensure product quality.
The screened compound fertilizer enters the packaging process, and is packaged in different specifications according to the market demand. The packaged fertilizer will enter the warehouse for storage, waiting for transportation to the sales location.
