Choose fresh, unadulterated chicken manure as raw material, and prepare appropriate amount of straw, rice husk and other adjusting materials. Ensure that the dryness and humidity of the raw materials are moderate, so as to facilitate the subsequent fermentation process.
According to the selected bacterial agent, mix the bacterial agent with water in accordance with the recommended ratio, mix and dilute thoroughly and then prepare for use.
Mix the prepared chicken manure with the conditioning materials, then add the diluted bacterial agent according to a certain proportion and mix well.
Pile up the mixed materials into strips or piles, the height is generally about 1-1.5 meters, the width is not limited. Make sure the pile is loose and easy to ventilate and ferment.
Cover the heap with plastic film or canvas to maintain the temperature and humidity inside the heap to promote the fermentation process.
During the fermentation process, use the compost turner to turn the heap regularly to ensure that the material is evenly heated and ventilated, and to prevent the internal overheating or over-wetting. Generally every 3-5 days turning.
After a period of fermentation (generally 7-15 days), the color of the material changes to dark brown or black, and the smell changes from foul to aromatic, indicating the completion of fermentation.
Dry the fermented material to the appropriate dryness and humidity, and then crush it into granules of appropriate size with a pulverizer, so as to facilitate the subsequent use.
Crushed chicken manure and other fertilizer raw materials mixed well, through the fertilizer granulator made of fertilizer particles, general organic fertilizer more use of Stirring pin granulator, into the rate can reach 95%!
Made of fertilizer particles contain a certain amount of moisture, not easy to save, need to be dried and cooled through the rotary dryer, rotary cooling machine!
After cooling the fertilizer particles need to be sieved to remove unqualified particles, sieve out the defective products and then re-crush granulator.
Sieved fertilizer granules can be directly packaged.
Bacterial agent is the key factor in the fermentation process of chicken manure, we should choose reliable quality and active bacterial agent to ensure the fermentation effect.
Humidity is an important factor affecting the fermentation effect, should keep the humidity of the material between 60%-70%, to avoid too wet resulting in slow fermentation or odor.
Turning the heap can not only promote the uniform fermentation of the material, but also prevent the internal overheating or over-wetting, to ensure the smooth progress of the fermentation process.
Temperature is one of the key factors affecting the fermentation effect, the temperature of the heap should be maintained between 50-60 ℃, to avoid the loss of nutrients or the production of harmful substances caused by too high a temperature.
